Obviously, this is not about healthy food. Or well, not just. Living a healthy life is more than just food, in my opinion. It's about everything. Lifestyle, mentality, work, and lastly: food.
As you may know, I've been trying to put on some weight basically my whole life. Unfortunately, my genes make it hard for me, causing me to be sick faaaaar to often. And that is just noooot healthy! A lot of people think that skinny people are healthy. I just don't agree. But this is a really sensitive topic for a lot of people, so I'm just gonna say this: as long as you feel good in your body, that's all that matters.
Live your life in a way that works for you, learn to deal with stress both at work and at home, and give your body what it needs (food wise). And love is a magical medicine!
